This is a subtemplate of {{rnd}}. It displays small numbers using scientific notation. It takes three parameters.

1. the number to be displayed
2. the precision to which it is to be displayed to
3. the order of magnitude

It calls {{rnd/-}} with as parameters the significand and the number of decimals of the significand to be displayed, to add trailing zeros.

It's also used by {{rndnear}}.
