Description from library's website: "Symmetrical drawing of a Georgian-style stone or brick farmhouse with a six bed garden in front surrounded by a picket fence, and with a tall straight tree growing up on either side. The beds have flowers (mostly tulips) growing in them. All coloring in this homestead drawing is red, yellow and green. On either side of the homestead drawing is a multicolored tulip, also in red, yellow and green, but with blue added also. Above the homestead drawing is a pot of flowers, with a 12-point star on either side, and the initials ”A H” in large multicolored fraktur lettering. The flower pot is rectangular and checkered in red, green, yellow, white and blue. There are a variety of multicolored flowers in it, including tulips and a large central fan-like flower. The stars are colored in red, blue, green and white, with a yellow center and yellow-and-red rays. The top and side borders are red and blue. The bottom border is red, yellow and green, with the date 1818 below in red."
