I found a copy of Loudons Encyclopedia in LC that once belonged to Office of the supervising architect of the Capitol which was Robert Mills.

Mention this source? Also he wrote the memorial for AJDowning when the landscape Theorist was killed. Cite it in order to establish that connection.

Several figures not original files but from books. Should we be getting original? I found a copy of Loudons Encyclopedia in LC that once belonged to Office of the supervising architect of the Capitol which was Robert Mills. Mention this source? Also he wrote the memorial for AJDowning when the landscape Theorist was killed. Cite it in order to establish that connection.
