[CT 6/16/15] William Russell Birch's "Plan of Springland" is in a private collection. Pursue? Keep scan from Cooperman (2011)?

William Russel Birch's "View from Springland Cot, Na Shaminy," has not yet been digitized by Library Company of Philadelphia. Pursue? Wait until the might digitize (much of their collection already is)? Keep scan from Cooperman (2011)?

[CT 6/17/15] After looking at the images we have for Langley, and the associated text: https://archive.org/stream/mobot31753000819141#page/n13/mode/2up , I have a few suggestions/changes:
1. Added a citation from Langley, and included two figures alongside. Fig. 13 is currently labelled as "associated" and 14. is currently labeled as "attributed." Yet both have key letters that indicate canals. Should they both be inscribed?
2. I did not add Plate XII as a figure because of space, but I do think it should be inscribed as opposed to attributed.

I do not see the word "Canal" on Moore and Jones' District of Columbia and Vicinity. Attributed instead?
